    Good to be back and doing some movement after a few days of with a sore back (btw I’ve quite literally had more injuries in 2 hours of TKD sparring than in 2 years of crossfit).

    Drills were good, circuit was fun, but I reckon I’ve lost a bit of fitness over the last couple of weeks. Handstand holds were surprisingly hard!
