It’s Team Time!
Triple 7 WOD
In teams of three, with one person working at a time:
7 Rounds each for time:
- 7 Box Jumps (24’/20′)
- 7 Dumbbell Hang Cleans (15/10kg)
- 7 Burpees
- Everyone must complete 7 rounds each to complete the WOD (21 rounds in total)
- Chance to rest while your buddies go, means you go hard when it’s your turn!
- Don’t get sloppy on the DB Hang Clusters – control the movement.
