Volume

  • EMOTM for 10 minutes
  • 5 Thrusters @ 40% of Wednesday’s MAX
  • focus on fact cycling of reps

Conditioning

For time

  • 1min MAX Calories
  • 25 Pushups
  • 25 Situps
  • 10 Strict Pullups
  • 400m run

    7 calories on air dyne and 7:47 for the rest of the conditioning

      Mark and I moved into a new place this week and are having a house warming on Saturday – please feel free to come along (and bring the family too) even if it is only for a short while – BBQ will be running from lunchtime till late.

    A) Worked @ 40 kg
    B) 9 cals & 8:17. Achieving 9 cals SMASHED me. Took 50 seconds to recover before I could do a single pushup.

    A: 40 kilos. Getting quite huffy puffy at the end.

    B: 8 calories, 10:27 on the bodyweight and run.

    In random news. Coops, Hannah, Linsey, and I are participating in the Relay for Life this weekend to raise money for the Cancer Council. I have pledged to do a marathon distance in the 24 hours. Might not seem much to some but for those of you who have seen me run will understand the enormity of the task 🙂
