1RM weighted pull up and KB work

Friday 27.9.13

A: 1RM weighted pull up

B: 4 rounds for time (8 min cap):

  • 10 KB snatch, 5L and 5R, apportioned however you like (24/16kg)
  • 10 KB goblet squat (24/16kg)
  • 10 KB push up (alternating sides)

You may scale the weight of the snatch, but everyone should be able to do the Goblet squats at the Rx weight.
