A: 20 mins to establish 1RM front squat

B: 12 min AMRAP

  • 6 HSPU
  • 12 hand release push ups
  • 24 double unders

Coaches notes:

  • Dont go for an equal 1RM, if you know you already have a 70kg front squat dont bother getting that again – go straight for 75kg.
  • Scaling options for HSPU are handstand holds or wall walks.
