- 6 HSPU
- 12 hand release push ups
- 24 double unders
- Dont go for an equal 1RM, if you know you already have a 70kg front squatÂ dont bother getting that again – go straight for 75kg.
- Scaling options for HSPU are handstand holds or wall walks.
