    Back squat: 100kg
    Press: 50kg
    Deadlift: 135kg (this last one came off the ground with all the pace of a glacier… But, I managed to stand up!)

    This is the first time I’ve actually worked to these RMs. Good to finally have figures for them.

    Great to hear how many times the bell was ringing this morning, too!

    BSQ: PB by 5kg at 65kg, failed at 70kg and 67.5kg but goal was 61kg so very happy
    Press: PB by 5kg at 32kg, little dip on 32.5kg which annoyed me because it was a hard effort but got it.
    Deadlift: PB by 6kg at 75kg! Aim was 70kg!! Tried 77.5kg but only got it about 1cm off the ground and it wouldn’t budge.

    Crossfit total:172kg πŸ™‚

    Back squat 100. Failed at 110 twice, then at 105. Think I might have got the 105 if I hadn’t gone up to 110 straight away. Very close, with a good bounce but just not there.
    Press 55kg.
    Dead lift 140. New 1rm by 10kg so that lifted my spirits.
    Good to work with Dom and Ben this morning. Both blew me away. Ben, who is new(ish) to Crossfit started thinking his 1rm were all similar to mine. He left them a long way behind!

    And Tahni is on the board again with great squat and dead lift numbers!

    Frickin awesome morning!! Bit of the Games vibe in the box.
    My previous Total was 187kg so my aim this morning was to crack 200kg…….

    BSQ – 75kg
    Press – 35kg
    DL – 110kg

    New total – 220kg – stoked!!
    Massive thanks to Kylie and Sean for pushing me through it all.

    Back Squat = 150kg, equal to PB
    Strict Press = 62.5kg, equal to PB
    Deadlift = 165kg, +5kg on previous PB
    Total 377.5kg. Getting closer to my goal of 400kg!

    Press: 30 kg
    Deadlift: 85 kg
    Total: 170

    Pretty stoked with these figures considering that I hadn’t done 1RMs for these moves before. Need to focus on back squat technique A LOT.

    Super bummed I missed this ive been wanting to retest my deadlift 1rm which I got in September (whoa!) – damn you tonsils!!!!
    I’ll go off my old numbers just to have some sort of total;
    BS – 75kg
    Press – 35kg
    DL – 95kg

    Total: 205

    Back Squat – 165 – will claim a new PR by 3kg here
    Strict press – 80 – old recorded one was 75
    Deadlift – 180 – unchanged but a lot cleaner than it was last time.

    CFT – 425

    Couldn’t do the press because of the bung shoulder…but I still managed to beat my last CFT score by 1kg despite not doing one of the lifts! Gotta be happy with that!

    Back Squat – 75kg (a 10kg PR – stoked with this, been a goal of mine to get this number, it is 1.5x body weight for me)

    Deadlift – 88kg (a 13kg PR, tried 90 a couple of times, just wouldn’t budge!)

    CFT (minus the press) = 163

    And a total of 23kg worth of PRs! Rang the bell like crazy πŸ™‚

    Back Squat – 70kg PR by 5kg
    Strict Press – 35kg
    Deadlift – 90kg – PR by 10kg
    CF total of – 195kg
    Wasn’t quite the 200kg I was hoping for but super stoked!! Can’t wait to retest in a few months.

    Strict Press – 27.5kg
    Deadlift – 117kg (PR by 7kg – really wanted 120kg but wasn’t happening)
    CF total – 214.5kg

    My overhead strength deficiency is really starting to become obvious! Lots more work to do…

    Back Squat: 70kg. Really wanted 80kg, but tried 75kg twice and failed. 70kg is still a PR by 5kg.
    Press: 32kg
    Deadlift: 95kg. PR by 15kg. Attempted 97kg but no such luck.
    Crossfit total: 197kg

    Was great fun today!

    Great fun today. Really enjoy the strength stuff. Added bonus is seeing everyone smash themselves to hit that PR. Some absolute beast-mode deadlifts being done today too.

    New Total 130. Was aiming for over 100 after after having bub. It is lighter then before but a starting point for me to work on from now. Kept going until my form suffered and then stopped. Press was only 2.5kgs lighter then my previous 1rm so happy.
    Back squat: 40kgs
    Press: 30kgs
    Deadlift: 60kgs

    Great day today! Smashed my PRs

    Squat up from 60kg to 70kg
    Strict press 32kg new PR – attempted 35kg twice only my left arm wanted to play
    Deadlift up from 92.5 to 105kg got the 110kg up into position twice just couldn’t lock out shoulders to finish the move. Next time this is mine!!!!

    Crossfit total 207kg very happy for my first go:)

    CFT = 320kg

    Managed to achieve a couple of PBs with this workout, really enjoyed it – and to support my training partners Matt and David achieve their PBs made this day all the better.

    Back squat: 120 kg (PB) previously (110kg)
    Strict Press: 55 kg (baseline to beat)
    Deadlift: 145 kg (PB) previously (130 kg).

    Great working with Walled this morning, he destroyed most of his PBs.

    I set a goal of 250 and beat it by 5kg! (Which is still a bit of a drop from my 1RM goals of a year ago but I had expected it with a long break).

    Back Squat – 80kg (Drop from 90+)
    Strict Press – 40kg (Drop from 45)
    Dead Lift – 135kg (Drop from 150, and was VERY close to 140; had it off the ground and around my knees, I just couldn’t get my hips forward)

    Total: 255kg (Goal +5kg woot!)

    Will be very happy to work on these numbers, getting them back up to and over my old 1RMs!! Going to be a good winter!

    Strict press 25kg
    Dead lift 85kg
    Total 175kg

    Went into this thinking I might get around 130 so am REALLY happy with 175. Am keen to work on my upper body strength so see how much I can improve in the next few months.

    First time to do these 1RM’s cos I only started CrossFit in Jan..
    Had figures that I worked to for back squat and deadlift from WODs.

    Back Squat: had 55kg as my max, smashed it.. 70kg (+15kg) πŸ™‚
    Shoulder Press: first time to do this movement.. 32kg πŸ™‚
    Deadlift: had 80kg for sets in WOD, got it at 95kg.. (+15kg) πŸ™‚
    Tried 100kg.. felt like it was glued to the ground!
    Total: 197

    Gotta work on core & upper body strength to keep my chest up and shoulders back for BS & DL.
    It’s going to be an interesting winter, plenty to work off!

    Good day. Three PB’s and *really* happy to (finally) get a new PB on my back squat which has been stubbornly stuck at 100kg for about 7 months.

    Would have loved to have had more time on the squats as 70 felt quite easy. That press was horrible it was so hard to not put in the little bounce motion. And I love deadlifts so they are always fun =) I cant wait to see the difference after the strength work in winter. Will be interesting to see how much I develop. Great day on Saturday I like that we are keeping the games atmosphere going!

    Up until 2 minutes ago I was telling myself I got 205kg – but I’ve just discovered my maths skills are terrible as I got 215kg! YAY!
