1-1-1-1-1 floor press and 10 mins of solid DB action

Hope all you guys had an awesome Australia Day and if you're still on the Whole30 you managed to keep it together and stand tall eating strict paleo.

This morning's WOD:

1-1-1-1-1 Floor press (25min)

Rest 5 min, then:

Every minute, for 10 minutes:
5 DB hang power cleans (RX'd: 45% body weight)
5 DB front squats
5 DB split jerk (alternating split each rep)

Record any missed reps (and round – if you can remember) – otherwise to complete all reps is the goal.
