So if a bar falls in the forest…

  • 20 front squats (60/40kg)
  • 30 box jumps (24″/20″)
  • 40 push-ups

I've always wondered if a bar got dumped on a set of paralletes would it break them or just bend them? Melissa decided to test the theory out at this morning's workout 🙂
