3 rounds for time:
- 400m run (300m run)
- 21 KB swings 24kg/16kg
- 12 pullups (Jumping pullups)
- Tabata sit-ups
Congrats to all the guys that made it out. We’re totally stoked to announce we had our best ever turn out this morning for a CrossFit WOD which is a pretty good effort considering it’s only the first week of the new year and a 6.30am session. You guys really have set the bar high and we look forward to killing it this year – fricken awesome!
