Rosko put on a fricken awesome clinic which was dead set chock full of useful info and drills for making you run better. Sean and I repped Adapt and after the clinic joined the rest of CrossFit Crew for a workout in the gym. We then headed down to New Acton for some breaky – which also was fricken awesome!

Running faster whilst getting less injuries sounds pretty worthwhile to me. Rosko will be running another clinic before year's end and Sean and I strongly recommend coming – especially if you want to start killing WODs that involve running.
