After some pretty average weather last Saturday we decided to can the Lake Ginninderra session in favor or a quick garage session. 5 people rocked up for workout options including:
- 2km for time on the C2
- 21, 15, 9: box jumps, kettlebell swings, sumo deadlift high-pull
- and the 'Chrisco'
