Hi guys,

There won't we any workout on this weekend as I'm heading off to lake Crackenback for a romantic getaway with Becca (for our 11yr aniversary) So you'll have to get out for a run or really hook into a solid bout of gardening this weekend.

Workouts will be back to normal for the following week (both Wednesday's 'Bulletproof your body' and Saturday's 'Unleash the Beast') so I''ll be putting up a new session so you can book a space (or 2) for Saturday 9 May.

So between now and our next workout make sure you eat well, drink lots of water and keep stretching (especially your hammies….)
