Weekly timetable:

  • Monday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 10am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
  • Tuesday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 10am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
  • Wednesday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 10am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
  • Thursday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 10am, 6pm, 7pm (no 5pm)
  • Friday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 10am, 5pm (so no 6 and 7pm)
  • Saturday – 7am, 8:30am
  • Sunday – Closed unless otherwise specified (for workshops, etc.)

Open Gym

  • Monday – Thursday: 6am – 2pm, 4pm – 8pm
  • Friday: 6am – 2pm, 4pm – 6pm
  • Saturday: 6am – 11am
