- Casual drop-in rate: $25 (for athletes visiting from another registered CF)
Private Coaching & Personal Training
Looking for a personal trainer? Or maybe you have specific skills or goals that you would like to work on. Whether you are looking to improve on CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, or Nutrition, private coaching sessions are the best way to get extra attention and focus on what you need as an individual to be the most successful in achieving your fitness goals.
Individual training times and costs are dependent on coach selection and availability – Contact us for more info.
Corporate Wellness
Adapt CrossFit also offers special programs for our corporate customers. This includes an on-site package to be able to get the largest number of your employees involved and fit. It’s proven fact that healthy employees are more productive employees.
