Whether you train with us or not, Adapt offers Personal Training individually tailored to your needs.

Changing your body, getting fit or preparing for an event doesn’t have to be all about cardio classes and the same old routine in the gym, at Adapt we believe that anyone with the right attitude and application can achieve their goals.

We are not a typical gym, at Adapt you can change your body, mind, and lifestyle. We believe strongly in training our clients by maximizing our most basic requirement to be functional, via a variety of techniques – we use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells, we also throw, run and lift stuff and we row, skip and jump!

Our coaches are all qualified in the fitness industry as you would expect but more importantly, we draw on our own life experience to assist you to reach your potential – we have a story as well from being overweight ourselves in the past, so we understand what it means to start from scratch
