NOTE: If you’re new to Adapt then the following 3 sessions are mandatory. You cannot participate in any group sessions without having first completed all of them (even if you’ve trained at another CrossFit Box before…) The Coaches need to have a thorough understanding of your current level of ability and you need to know our basic movements well enough to make sure you don’t get injured. Nuff said.
CF Fundamentals: 1:1 or with Beginner Classes
In each session you’ll learn the keys to a number of CrossFit’s fundamental movements. The sessions are as follows:
- Session 1: The squats (body weight squat, front squat, back squat and over head (OH) squat)
- Session 2: The presses (strict press, push-press and push-jerk)
- Session 3: The Lifts (deadlift, power clean and power snatch)
Cost:
- Beginner classes (10am every Saturday) @ $25 per person (1hr)
- 1:1 Coaching (booked based on your availability) @ $60 per person (1hr)
