Ben Warren

Ben: keeping Rosey's C2B pull-ups honest

Husband, dad, CF coach and athlete. Sometimes with a beard and sometimes without, Ben is the founder of Adapt CrossFit/Adapt Health & Fitness. Ben is an excellent motivator and has a proven track record of helping his clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Ben used to be a fatty @ 100+ kgs so he personally knows just how life changing the decision to get active and start eating right can be. He’s passionate about seeing guys become strong warriors and girls get their confidence on to become warrior-goddesses…

Sean Teasdale

Sean: precision

Sean ‘The Technician’ Teasdale currently focuses on Olympic lifting and old school strength and conditioning, Sean is incredibly wise for his age and an extremely focused coach with a strong preference for precision movement. If you’ve got questions, Sean’s got answers and if he doesn’t he’ll be more than ready to get on it to find out for you.

Rebecca Warren

Becca: 'motivates' Matt

Rebecca loves to see people achieve things they didn’t think they could do. She is passionate about seeing people become the best version of themselves and not become complacent in every day life. She will encourage you to push a little bit harder than you thought you could.

A Mum of 2 gorgeous girls, Rebecca knows what it’s like to juggle a busy lifestyle and how important your physical and mental health and well-being is. She especially loves seeing mums getting back into shape and feeling good about themselves again.
