- 7×2 hi-hang clean + 1 push jerk – rest 60 secs

- alternating tabata

- ring dips

  1. A:Only did cleans due to tear in my shoulder (boo hiss!). Did 25kgs fine, tried 30kgs but shoulder couldn’t do it. Scaled right back just to bar.

    B: again due to shoulder scaled to ring rows.
    Final score 11 sit ups 10 rows

  2. A) Worked at 40kg. Push Jerk not as strong as my split jerk, a few presses involved this time.

    B) Sit-Ups: 15 :)
    Ring Dips: 2 :(

  3. A: 35kg for first 3 sets then 37.5kg for remaining 5.

    B: sit-ups – 10, dips – 4 (ground assisted)

  4. A: Started at 40kg on round 1, worked up to 55kg round 7.

    B: Ring dips not great, but improving

    Ring dips : 1, sit ups: 10

  5. A – 7 sets, 4 at 20kg and then 3 at just a 15 kilo bar

    B – Pushups – 7, situps – 9
