  • 1b) 3X20 UB KB Snatches (each arm), rest 30 sec.
  • 1c) 3X5 Press in Split – challenging weight, rest 30 sec.
  • 1d) 3X5 Clean Hi-Pulls – medium/heavy, rest 30 sec.

  1. a: after the first set of 5, could only hit about 2 or three in next rounds. Getting better.
    b: new technique, not bad on the orange (14kg?)
    c: 30kg and did ok.
    d: nailed this with Coach B’s help – need practice.

    A: just tried to work on Pushing up my body weight – long way to go!!
    B: 8kgs – This. Hurts. Like. A. Bitch. Thanks Ben for the wrist bands!
    C: did the 15kg bar. Could hve tried heavier but working on technique
    D: 25kg. As above.
