A: 30kg, wasn’t sure what my 65% was as haven’t done a 1RM front squat in ages, this was probably a tad light.
B: made it to 3 push-ups in the last round. This was tougher than it looked on the whiteboard. Good working with you this morning KathO!
A: 80kg
B: 11:46 Rx’d. Wow that was tough. Thanks for all the encouragement Simon & Sean.
A: 30kg, could have gone up a little.
B: times out. Finished with 20 pushups in last round.
Tough workout for a first one back after being sick and not training for 6 days.
Also fell on the box jump… Scared me but kept going.
A) 50kgs, could have gone more (but then, thats the point of it being 65% isn’t it
). Got a little rubbery getting out of the squat toward the end.
B) Timed out 15 box jumps in to my final round. Totally agree with Karina, it looked more than manageable on the board but lay havoc on my body somewhere in the middle there.
Tough but good.
A) 50kg.
B) Timed out at 15 push ups in the last round
That escalated quite quickly.
A) 2 sets to warm up to to 3×3 @ 60k
B) 33 OHS into the second round. I was battling but couldn’t get those last 2 to finish the round….next time.
A) 30kg could have gone a little heavier
B) Timed out 20 OHS into the second round; was over thinking it all.
a)70kgs
b)11.57 rxd , blew a gasket getting this done but was worth it.!!
