  1. Pretty beat down after the last 2 days of 25 min marathons.

    Speed Deadlift 2 x10 @ 90kg – felt pretty good.

    2 rounds + 9 Lateral Jumps

    now for 3 days of recovery.

    My deadlifts were at 37.5, they felt good.

    I had to modify the workout a bit. Lateral jumps are hurting my knee, not as badly as squats, but I’d rather avoid making it worse for the time. I got through one round, doing 40 lunges instead of lateral jumps and push-ups (real ones, woo hoo!), plus an extra set of push-ups, lunges, and 23 sit-ups.

    Hopefully some rest and some good knee-specific workouts will help the knee over the next week or so.

  3. I think the WOD called for 30 situps rather than 20 as listed above… or else I had fun smashing out extras for nothing :S.

    A) Speed Deadlifts 2 x 10: 80kgs > 70kgs > 60kgs… was just going a bit slow & coach B was keen for me to go lighter but faster.

    B) 3 complete rounds + 1 x nearly there with 10 pushups/20 lat jumps/15 situps. Ringdips scaled to pushups.

  4. A)130Kg with sash machine !
    B) 4th round 29 situps , scaled from the third round the dips for push ups .

  5. A) 90kg
    B) 4 th round 4 dips
    C) 1000M rowing race with .chris with 1m difference at the end! And he got to 5 rounds!

  6. A.60kg
    B. 2 rounds 21 sit ups
