20.59, I think (should have paid more attention when I left)
Really enjoyed this workout.
22mins – I scaled burpees to pregnito burpees and did pull ups (35) instead of T2B (did attempt a rope climb unsuccessfully also). Then I did an extra run at the end… just because.
Great work by the 5:30am crew…….. very impressive
Timed out.
Made it 32 reps into DB Ground to Overhead.
24.30 with 10kg dumbbell and scaled 50 toes to bar for 100 sit ups…
Also note that even with a mat after 200 sit ups I have worn off all the skin on my tail bone:( ooouuch….
24:34 with knees to armpits (or lower at the end of the reps!). Happy to have finished!

Timed out. I managed 1 T2B in the last round. It wasn’t the leg raising that got me but the grip strength and torn up palms from kipping.
Got to 30 T2B. never quite had the pace to finish on time
Timed out. 30 T2B and scaled to 10kg oh snatch…
I had an issue with counting my burpees… I think i learned how to count from Sean as 1+1+1 = 1 burpee, so i think i did about 40/45 in the first set… Heaps of support from the 5p crew got me to 30 otherwise i would’ve stopped much earlier.
Oh and Jimmy, time to get a faster bike

Sucked not finishing but felt great to Rx. the thing and get where I did.
T2B – tough.

19:48 scaled T2B, for Knees to arm pits, although they got lower in the second round. I really need to start being able to do T2B!
8kg on DB ground to overhead, felt I could have went heavier, I love this movement as sad as that sounds.
Great work out, it ruined me.

23.44 mins ! Flowed well through it all except the T2B , after the first 5 , went to 2s then singles !! My grip strength needs lots of hard work . Mad work out
First session after being off for a few weeks with my back.
5kg ground to overhead, felt like I could have gone heavier.
Scaled T2B to knees to armpits and timed out with 5 knees to armpits to go.
Pleased I made it so far but disappointed I missed those last 5; should have made my runs a little quicker!
Feels good to be back!
