    Completed 2 full rounds as DU’s are still a work in progress.

    Watching the guys power through this workout was awesome. Good job guys.

  2. Still nursing my shoulder. At Ben’s suggestion jumped on the rower for 3000m.

    Cranked it out in 14:07. Tried for a constant 2:30 per 500m and increased the stroke rate for the last 500.

  3. Did Randy for the first time at open gym. 712 Rx’d. Geez those snatches get hard quickly.

    Got my first proper skin rips on my hands and my calves and biceps are the sorest muscles??

  4. I did some amazing snatches but then sean insulted my intelligence and my feelings were so sore i simply couldn’t do another rep.

  5. Back squats at 40kg

    3 rounds, plus 16 double unders…. started with weight at 35kg – could only bust out 6 reps, so dropped to 25kg :-( but it was still hard! Actually got 18 double unders in a row – super stoked!!!! Consistency was a problem though :-(
