Comments

  1. A: got a couple of singles @ 60Kg. Could still feel the bar rising as I swung under it.

B: 4 rounds with much encouragement from Johnny.

  2. A: 25kg – still working on flexibility, but it’s coming along.

    B: 4 1/2 rounds

30″ box for rounds 1-3, then I decided I wasn’t in enough pain, so chucked a 20kg plate on top for the last round, then finished a fifth set of wall walks (these are awesome – went home and immediately showed them off to my kids!)

  3. A: 37.5kgs. Felt pretty good.
B: got through 6 rounds without doing any damage to face or shins. Wall walking is hard.

  4. A: 55 kg. OK, but the movement felt a bit slow this morning.
B: 5 rounds + 1 WW. The wall walks were tough and I felt quite fatigued in the shins after them. Must have been using a few different muscles.

A: 35kg, good to keep it light and focus on technique

    B: 5 rounds + 1ww, 24″ box.

  6. A: 20kgs. After so long battling trying to get them I finally figured out how to do them in the final couple of reps. Keep that bar close to the body the whole way up.

B: 1 wall walk into the 6th round with 30″ box jumps. The difference between 24 and 30 is huge. Felt like I was almost resting my chin on the box before I jumped on top of it…

  7. A: 55kg

B: 6 Rounds – Wall walks were hard work.

  8. A..30 kg felt good, failed 2 at 32 it felt good getting it overhead but lost balance both times.. And ran out of time
B this was hard… I have never though nah il do some more box jumps thanks:) the wall walks were hard!!! First was ok but just seemed to triple and quadruple in difficulty by the third:( just off 4 rounds…
And boy am I sore through the upper body today even the side abs! Ouch

  9. A: 35kg – felt a bit rusty….gotta spend some time in the open gym sessions

B: 5 rounds plus 3 wall walks and 6 box jumps – hard work!!

    better late than never
A: only did 30kg. but i changed the width of my grip to see how if that would make a difference, i might have to do a few more snatches before i know

    B 6 rounds 1 wall walk

  11. A: worked up to 60kg failed 2 times at 65 I think I missed the point, really should’ve been working on light weight And perfect technique not trying to 1RM. The idea of practice is just that practice an opportunity to work on muscle memory and efficiency under the bar. Building confidence.

    B: 6rnds + 6 box jumps Rx
