just had a weeks off from migraines, then another week because of asthma
i knocked this one over in 11:22
i also gotta say im pretty happy i learned butterfly pullups, i knocked them over quck
13:15. OHS @25kg, everything else RX.
Unlike Johnny Parr my kipping pull-ups were slow, could only manage 2 reps at a time and transition on and off the bar took some time.
finished at 15:08, went over the capped time
20kg OH squats (unbroken, hooray! meaning heavier next time), 16kg swings (just russian though), purple + yellow band + Becca-assisted pull ups (thanks Becca! would not have finished without your help!)
1059, that third run leg was interesting to say the least. Another great and challenging session ! keep them coming.
Sean might lose points for unpointed toes.
12:43. Annoyed at myself for not doing all pull ups unbanded otherwise it would of been RX.
Substituted runs with 400m rows, over head with baby seal squat, wall balls with more squats and pull ups with 36 sit ups ! My shins are playing up and I have hurt my wrist… Getting a wrist xray tomorrow to find out what is going on.
Managed to complete my personalised version of the work out in 11 min something… I think. I can’t find the paper I wrote it on !
11:48 RXed. OH squats felt good, box jumps ok, run fine. Wall balls sucked as expected. KB swings were fine, but I’m a weak puppy with the pull-ups: was doing it in sets of 2. Thanks Sascha for showing the way in round one and counting/encouragement.
