A: 3×5 @ 22.5kg… still… Am just not locking out completely!! AHH!!! More practice needed!!
B: 3×5 on red band… didn’t want to kill myself before the pushups
C: 15, 15, 15, 15, 29 = 89!!! Am thrilled with that!!!! Don’t know if anyone would remember but the last time I ‘tried’ to do this WOD I did about 8 push ups for about 3 sets before my chest condition acted up and I ended up just sitting on the floor trying to breath… So this is awesome!!!
I’m improving big time!!! YAY!!!!!!!

A: 3×5@40kg pb.
B: 10, 11, 14 (the last with heaps of yelling and encouragement – thanks crew!)
C: 60 pushups and 1km of running.

C – 25. 15. 10. 11. 9. 12. 12. Total of 94… First time doing this WOD and now I know what to work at for next time to finish in time (no resting…)

C: 53, did 15, 10, 10, 10, 8 and almost 1km of running (timed out part way through). was a little flat this morning, arms very sore from yesterday & think i might be getting a bit sick, had to reach for the tissues a few times during the wod and have worked up a bit of a cough. will pump up the vitamins over the next few days to try & kill it before it gets going. very much looking forward to rest day!

B: Finding pull ups and push ups hard after getting ok from dr. to keep doing them with dodge shoulder. 3,5,3
C: lost count after 35ish. Did too many in first set. Struggle town for rest. positive note felt good running.
A. Almost hit 1×5 & 1×4 @ 70kg.
B. Did a remix of strict, kipping & a few ugly ones to get over the bar. Lost count
C. Did 20, 20, 20, 10+…with a rested too long run like Bec…

1km run, 77 total (I was quietly pooing myself about this workout……. I did pushups on my knees)

B. 2 rounds with 5 chin ups ! Yay PB last round I got 4. Maybe the whole 30 is doing something!
C. 43 full push ups and lots of runs ! I think I did better last time this time I had a stitch after the 2nd run.
A: 2×5 @45, 1×5 @50. Will hit 55 next time with better technique
B: combo of strict & yellow band to finish

Pullups: 3 x 3 pullups on heavy (purple) resistance band
Pushups: knees, 12 + 13 + 9 +10 = 44 pushups and 4 x 200 m run in 8 min.
