  1. 7:41 with 40kg hang cleans & progressing with muscle-ups – Need to improve on getting shoulders onto rings for the dip part.

    Great work seeing Rosey do the first set of muscle ups unbroken!

    12:13, RX weight but scaled muscle ups. I was already tired by the time the warm-up finished! Hard to hang on to 60kg in the hang: I found it hard to maintain hook grip.

    Enjoyed this workout, ‘though I’m SO far from being able to do muscle ups so that part of the workout felt a bit odd. Great job to KJ for doing all her squat sets unbroken!

    Hard but felt good, day 13 of that Whole 30 thing :)

    Muscle Ups slowed me down the most

    Day 13 Whole30, we went with the slow cooked lamb shanks tonight.

    Day 10 of whole30 still feeling really tired and my stomach is not feeling that fab but I am going to try stick with it and see if I start to feel better. Nice to chat about whole30 food ideas this morning Thanks!!

    • Hang in there babe. I find week 2 the hardest – once you get into the third week, I find I start to get into the swing of things and start feeling a bit better :)
      (Eating lots of nuts and fruit won’t help the stomach too)

    30kg with the bar… and very scaled muscle ups….. hard workout… but great….. Thanks Nay for the encouragement!
