Finished the 15 deads. Deads at 100kg, scaled thrusters to 40kg. Really struggled with the weight. Prob should have done 90kg deads and 30kg thrusters, still would have battled but might have gone closer to finishing.
ran out of time with 5 thrusters to go. would’ve loved an extra 20 seconds to finish! really enjoyed that one. apart from when i thought i was gonna vomit about half way through big thank you to pip, stubbsy & cindy for the encouragement!!
dead lifts – 35kg, sore hands after this one
Front squats – went light, back sore and did the 15kg bar.

Day 7 of whole 30 and going ok, but miss my cuppa! Am doing it to see what is an inflammation for my arthritis, hoping it will help with all that.

Scaled to 80kg deads and 40kg thrusters: 9:03 with lots of shouting/encouragement from Sascha and Lenin. That’s a tough workout.
Open Gym
A: LB Back Squat 1×5 @ 120. 2×3 @ 130. 1×2 @130 (Failed 3rd rep).
B: RDL 3×8 @ 80.
C: Bench 3×5 @80.
D: Press 3×5 @ 60. 1×5 @ 65.
E: Play with 3×10 T2B + Pushups.
F: 3×8 Ring Rows.

7:34 RX weight subbed front squats for thrusters due to some funkiness in my shoulders with the bar overhead

Managed to get to 13 fs in the 2nd round. Pretty heavy and slow but happy I gave it a go!
