B: Good to get the technique broken down
C: Well…3 rounds, but not sure that all of my pullups and pistols were legit ! – Definitely need to work on both.
A) 1080mm
B) Hip movement= Do the worm like break dancing”- Anatomy 202
C) I need pistol technique coaching.
A: 1315mm a really nice box jump. 1370mm a really ugly looking box jump, but i still count it
B: always good to go over technique again and agian
C: 5 rounds 9 pullups
had fun tonight
A: 940/950ish I think.
B: Ha I am a fair way from getting this and making it look pretty.
C: managed 2 rounds. Pull ups were my slow point.
D: worked on some cleans.

C: 3 rounds + 10 pull-ups (held on to pull-up rack for pistols). Pull-ups hardest part for me, no band but slow going.
Fun session tonight, enjoyed the mix of jumping, tech and metcon.
A: 1300 it was epic seeing ChrisO spring upto 1385 epic! Props mate that was awesome to watch
C: broke my hands DNF pull ups continued with pistols and push ups
D: plank 5:10
Here’s the footage
A: 1080mm solid, 1160ish with a no-rep hand-touch. Have done slightly higher, wussed out tonight. Congrats to JParr who was on fire, jumped 2400mm or thereabouts then backed it up with butterfly pull-ups in the metcon.
B: I have the theory down but I find that the bent-knees-at-back and a more vertical drop from the top is easier for me. Need to work on that (shoulder strength?) and also hand-skin toughness.
C: 4 rounds + 7 pistols. Pull-ups the hard part, I’m pistol-positive. Went mad and started doing hand-release at the top of the pushups at one stage. Not energy-conserving.
D: just 1:20, was still knackered from C. Awesome work by Trent to get to 4:30.
A) 1045mm – pretty stoked with that.
B) uh… lots of work required.
C) 3 rounds exactly.
4) 2:25 – awesome seeing Johnny smash it this morning at 5 minutes plus!
A. 72cm
B. I don’t know what to say……special really special.
C. Orange and yellow bands, used box for pistols ( sorry didn’t write down height) 5 push ups of 4 rounds.
D. 3 something?

B: Um… Still at step 1 but slowly getting there
C: 3 rounds plus 4 pullups on red bands, need to work more on full pushups but am pretty happy
D: Double under practice…. owie!
A) Also 80cm with Prue! Apparantly I can clear higher, but it’s a mental challenge to get there.
B) I started understanding the technique to get up – Now to figure out the getting down and into the next one. But stoked to get at least one almost right!
C) 4 Rounds + 11 Pull-Ups
D) 2:14 – I was aiming for 2:30 but next time!
