A: 24.5kg, should have just gone to 25, don’t know why I didn’t.
B: 25kg, I think this is the most I’ve ever done for C+J, my split is usually terrible, wasn’t so bad this morning. I mean, a few were bad, but most were pretty passable! Happy with that.
C: holy crap I can tell that I’ve been away for a month!

A: back to snatch after 2 months off it – worked up to a few reps of 40kg
B: 50kg. Need to get deeper and more committed to the split jerk stance
C: 9m31s. 24kg KB.
A: 30kg (failed twice at 32kg)
B: 38kg EMOTM x 10
C: 8:03 with 16kg KB

A) 27.5kg – The OHS part still struggling, either turning my toes out too much or knees going forward. Got a few decent reps out but mobility is a bit of an issue here
B) 37.5kg
C) 7:20 w/ 20kg KB. Phew… That was a good one!

Now to try and choose a public goal…
A: 80kg. Failed three attempts at 95. Need to pull higher and harder.
B: Reps 1-7 @ 95. Missed #6 – press out. Reps 8-10 @ 90. Missed #9 – press out. Front squats feeling better.
C: 7.07.
A: got to 55kg – missed twice @ 60kg – will scale back to work on being comfortable & neat under the bar for a week or so
B: @70kg – felt like I had a little more but feet (especially back foot) not going to the right place every time on the split – Clean feels good
C: (I wish I paid attention to the time) 6mins something ? I think

But you’ve got to stop watching me while I am working out. I am starting to feel uncomfortable
A) Tried to make it work at 35kgs but looked sloppy. Looked and felt a whole lot better at 30kgs.
B) 40kgs x 10 … technique felt pretty good today.
C) 7.38 (with 16kg KB)
A: 22kg. An improvement from last week. Happy with that! Need to try and be quicker with getting under the bar.
B: 25kg. Probably should have gone a little heavier.
C: 8.50 with 12kg KB.
A: 20kgs – no increase on weight but better on movement. Need to stop hesitating with the squat.
B: 5 @ 30kg then 5 @ 32.5kg
C: 9:05 with 12kg KB. Ouch
A: 52.5kg
B: 72.5kg (Jamie you had the same bar so you short changed yourself 2.5kg)
C:5:46 @ 24kg
I’m not insecure about how much I lift
A) 60 kg = to PB. Failed @ 65kg
B) 3 @ 50kg and upped it to7 @ 60kg
C) 8:45 No heart in this one.
A: New PB of 42.5kgs. 45 is there need better tech and not be as fatigued when I get there.
B: 40. Should do 45kg next time.
C: just over 6 mins I think. Have been working hard on fitness last couple of weeks happy its paying off.
A: 30kg (equal to PB), failed 32kg twice. Lifted it to my eyeballs, but didn’t get under. Need to stop psyching myself out.
B: 35kg, concentrating on getting back leg/foot positioning right. Thanks for the call out Ben, I forget what that back leg’s doing some times!
C: 6:25 @ 16kg
A: 52.5kg. Failed the first time, wasn’t stable in the squat. Second time felt great. Can do more with practice
B: 55kg, had some in reserve
C: 7:35 with the 24kg kettlebell. Hard work.
7:45. Kidding myself.
A. 32kg failed it twice but it’s mind thing got it on the third. Pretty sure pb
B. 35 kg.. A bit awkward at first but then it was ok. Felt strange not getting to work up the weights a bit slower jumped from 15 kg to 35 so was a bit unco.
C 16 kg 9.18ish :/ not sure burpees =slow
A: 55kg. then tried again and dropped it on my butt. was not moving well tongiht
B: 60kg
C: 6:25 rx
A.13kg. Good depth and technique
B.27.5 same. Felt good. Need to work on feet position for split jerk.
C. Didn’t make it but got my heart pumping for sure. Good session, thanks coach.
