A: 1 x 5 at 35kg, 2 x 5 at 37.5kg
B: 2 x 4 on orange, 1 x 5 on orange (struggle town)
C: 9:35 – struggled with T2B (which became K2E) but picked up on the run
Great workout!
A: 3 x 5 @ 90kg’s
B: 2 x 5 @ 16kgs – focussing on getting C2B (or close to) faded to chin over on last rep of each set
C: 10:20 – Oh running, why do you mock me so ?
A: 1 x 5 @ 30kg, 2 x 5 @35k (PB but last rep on each set was a fail)
B: 3 x 5-6 reps on Blue + Orange band (I’m on a band yay!)
C: 11:25 – T2B was difficult after the frosty frosty run. Legs were tired after the weekend.
A: 2×5 at 40kg, 1×5 at 45 (failed on the last)
B: 3×5 with 3kg
C: Finished in 10:02 (or thereabouts). Weatherzone says it was almost -5 degrees!

B: 2 x 10 on yellow, 1 x 5 on orange finally
C: 10:45 – managed a few decent T2B, the run was hard work in the cold!

Day one of Whole 30
A- push press – 25kg light coming back from injury
thanks to tim and meegs for running with me on the last one. Happy with my efforts
B- ring pulls
C- 3 rounds , abs- 20, wb- 8 and then the run! Worked hard on run, didn’t meet 12 min time but close
Day 1 whole 30 too
A: 3 x 5 @ 45kg
B: 2 x 5 @ 2.5kg (ran out of time)

A: worked up to 60kg, crappy technique, not stable, not a good day

A- 45kg after advice that my shoulder is technically rooted. Hopefully will have it sorted in the next month or two.
B – 3 * 5 unweighted.
C – 8:14 with the blue ball (sorry bec… Somebody stole the ball I had taken out
). First time maintaining T2B for a whole WOD and I felt it… Great session.
A: 1 x 5 40kg 2×5 60kg 1×3 60kg (failed)
B: 3 x 5 (1 set with 2.5kg)
C: 8:50 Red Ball
A: 3×5 @ 40 focusl on technique had my head thinking way too much about this one kept trying to jerk it, once I started to work it out had a crack at 1×5 @ 45
B: 3×5 @ 16kg 1st time making all 3 rounds chin over, next is chest to bar
C: 7:50-ish nice and cold morning couldn’t feel my hands when I finished! Good times

C.too slow with the t2b but managed to do full each time. 2 rounds 10 wall balls not sure what weight ….it was the newer blue one.
A: 5×40, 5×50, 5×55, 5×55, 2×55 (including one to the chin!) – failed last set so need to focus on technique and stability
B: 3, 3, 2 (un-weighted) – only just did my first proper PU’s (no band) the other day so very happy with grinding out 3 reps a few times
C: T2B happened a few times, progressed to floppy leg lifts. Ran through the door a few seconds overtime. Looking back – I could have probably done a faster run time by power walking!
A: 55kg – wasn’t exhausted by the 15th rep of the 3×5 .. Probably could have pushed it to 60-65.
B: Red band pullups 6,4,3
C: 10:55 – Rowing instead of running, half squats with wallball as recovering from injury
