  1. Added 12 kgs to my total today. Which is great as I didn’t plan on beating all my previous 1RMs at all. Last few weeks of training not ideal. Positive results will help.
    Squat – 77.5kgs
    Press – 39.5
    Deadlift – 107.5

  2. First time Crossfit total…now I know I can definitely push myself harder!
    Squat – 65kg
    Press – 30kg
    Deadlift – 92.5kg

  3. Back Squat: 120 kg (PB)
    Strict Press: 65 kg (equal to PB)
    Deadlift: 150 kg (PB) – still need to work on technique.

    CFT = 335 kg. A 15 kg improvement on last time – very happy with this result.

    I had a great time yesterday thanks to PeteO, Mikey and Sean for the gee up. Big ups to everyone who cranked out new PBs it was awesome to see so many people lifting heavy!

    A: 65kg (with legit depth!)
    B: 27kg
    C: 110kg

    CF total = 202kg… So stoked and definitely helped to define my goals!!

    Press – 50 (PB)
    Deadlift – 135 (PB)
    Total – 290.

    First time doing a proper CFT however based off my 1RM’s I’ve upped squat by 5, press by 5 & deadlift by 25. Definitely a good motivator to get consistent with training.

    Deadlift: 120 kg

    CFT = 283 kg. First time doing this. Looking forward to doing it again to see some results from the next few months training.

    Happy with form on all lifts. Press was lower than I’d like – managed 33.5kg after the workout so not sure what was going on there. Nice chilled but focused vibe in them gym today.

    Sunny afternoon trail run a great way to bookend the morning lifting session. Love Saturdays.

    Added 7.5kg to my total, really disappointed with push press but stoked with dead lift.

    B. 30kg failed it twice but felt I could do it and managed it finally on the third try:) pb
    C. 90kg previous pb was 100kg but boy was it ugly so tattooed when form started to go.

    Ps…Dave, Eliza and I are going whole 30 for August !

    B) 40kg (PB – first time on these since fundamentals – keen to work on it some more)

    C) 125kgs (PB). Stoked at this one.

    Total: 255kgs. First time on CFT and pretty happy with the results. Great benchmark for next time.

    CF total went up by 25kg! (285 -> 310).

    SQ 110 -> 117.5
    PR 60 -> 57.5 WIMP
    DL 120 -> 135

    Pretty happy with that, and I think I could have gone higher with DL if I had let it get ugly. Awesome vibe an the gym with lots of PR’s esp. Johnny who is apparently capable of deadlifting INFINITE WEIGHT.
