A: 35kg – Tips from Sean were great – thanks
B: Managing to lower myself to a plate….
C: 8mins 35 secs – 15kg dumbells and 5kg plate. I cannot even grip a pen at work today

A: 25kg
B: Still on frogs
C: 7.13 – 12kg kettle bells and 5kg plate
A: 40kg
B: Not bad against the wall, should try doing these unsupported.
C: 8:39. 24kg KB’s.
A: 55kg – prob have 5-10kg’s extra in me but I was real happy with form – Inspirational to watch Coach B & Dave P brutalize these this morning – good work boys
B: worked on kipping HSPU’s
C: pulled out after 2nd round – calf starting to let go
A. Hit only 1 x 75kg. Thanks Ben for the tips.
B. Did frogs as wrists a bit sore after OHS
C. Feeling it in the shoulders but enjoyed it.
Well done to the 5:30am crew!!!
A: 25kg – new PB by 5kg
B: Frogs – first time holding myself up for 10secs…before I fell on my head
C: 1st lap 15kg, then 2nd and 3rd 10kg dumbells. 9:40ish. Sore already!
Then – 5-6 max ring rows. Determined to get on a band for pullups asap!
A: 37.5kg
B: Managed to get a couple of kipping HSPUs with some good hints from Barista Ben.
C: 7:15mins (16kgs KBs and 5kg plate)
A- Did one bad set at 30kg and dropped to 27.5 and technique was better.
B- practice went better than previous
C – 16kg KB and 6:51 was a good one… Forearm burn was immense after Haha
A: 50kgs.
B: Got 3 x 3 HSPU on a bumper. this is a first attempt for me and was happy with the result.
C: 7:39 12kg walk 10kg lunges.
A: 65kg had a crack at 66 -> not enough rest between sets, just couldn’t get the arm locked out. Definitely there though
B: worked on Kipping have to say heaps of fun really enjoyed it this morning
Learnt though to successfully kip up, don’t ret at the bottom, keep my back and glutes against the wall and press out using the momentum of the kip
C: no idea on time 32kg KB and 10kg plate nice forearm blaster
A: 45kg tough but got there
B: Handstands against the wall can get out 3 with the 10kg bumper to shorten the depth.
C: 20kg dumbells (thanks Sean) no idea of time but there was plenty of stops in there.
A: 55kg – PB.
B: Still in froggie school
C: 13.01 with 24kg KBs and 10kg plate.
A. 25kg, tried 30kg failed twice.
B. still a frog
C. 10.19 with 14kg KB, 5kg plate
A. 27.5kg, focused on form.
B. First time attempting HSPUs and was actiually surprised at how stable the shoulder felt doubt it. Managed to do them several times against the wall without plates
C. 2x 32kg 1x 20kg and 10kg plates. Going lighter next time to complete with a faster time.
A: 35kg – Think I finally found that sweet spot!
B: Managed to get my breathing right and only almost took out Pru once
C: 16kg kettle bells & 5kg plate
great session today!
A. Worked on technique, stayed on 8kg bar x sets of 5
B. got myself a few second handstand on the wall. Feel about 10- too much fun
C. Overcommitteed with 15kg and 5kg lunges. But got there (slowly) in the end.
Couldn’t make it to adapt so did some similar stuff at uni.
A: OH squat practice, 5×3 @30kg.
B: Practiced balancing, HSPU negatives, kipping HSPU with 2 bumper plates/not full ROM.
C: 6min AMRAP – 5 ring dips, 10 KB swings @24kg, 15 DUs.
