Sarah warming up for some snatches…
Today is the last day that we’ll see Sarah Cavanagh for a while. I say a while because we’re not going to see her until after her trip around Australia with her partner Rob. She’s on a mission to become the fittest she’s ever been and Rob’s on a mission to become the best fisherman he’s ever been. I’d she’s already off to a great start…
We’re totally going to miss her and her awesome attitude that she brought to the 6.30am sessions. Have a safe trip guys and I really hope your trip is all that and then some – Ben (now who am I gonna make coffee for?), Sean and the rest of the 6.30am crew.

Sick at the moment so not getting a lot of sleep and have almost no energy or strength. Given that, I’m fairly happy with these numbers.

Aw thanks Ben. I don’t think Adapt will miss me half as much as I’ll miss you guys. The last three months has made me a better person & I hope you guys realise just how much you’ve changed my life. I’m anxious about keeping training up on my own, but am starting the trip armed with the Adapt Arsenal that you, Sean, Becca and the crew have given me. Here’s what it consists of, I have you guys to thank for it, & I believe if I carry it with me everywhere this next journey will be everything I’ve hoped for:
The Adapt Arsenal:
- Back yourself
- Make it count
- Don’t lose your $hit
- You’re stronger than you think you are
- Paleo, that has changed my habits for the better and loving it
- Espresso
- Train to be less $hit, or better , whatever works – Sean.
- that’s bad ass – Ben.
- Ben our conversation about “leap & pray”
- all the encouragement from the Coaches and the crew – Thankyou!
