    C: Oh My Goodness… DNF – got to last set with 15 cleans completed. I don’t like bear crawls.

    A: 80kg new PB!

    B: Moved to yellow band – 7, 5, 5.

    C: 21-15-9-15 + 10 Hang cleans. Started with 15kg dumbells but changed to 10kgs after the first lot of Hang Cleans.

    B) 10, 14, 10- Love that kipping!

    c) Completed bear crawl just in time on last round of “15″
    A truly grueling WOD.

    B: 9, 6, 5 strict

    C: Finshed in time but scaled as am taking metcons really easy for the next six weeks to manage some underlying health issues. Is very hard to dial in back but must be smart about my training at the moment.

  5. A: Worked up to 75kgs. New PB – but not pretty!

    B: 7,7,6

    C: Finished in 13:36 but only used 10kg DB

    Good buzz of encouragement down there this morning. I needed it as I was dusty from watching the SOO last night. A “Paleo” cheat night and a few glasses of red!

    B) 11, 11, 6 – strict

    C) finished last round of 15 – didn’t enjoy this at all

  9. A: 2 failed reps @ 80KG. despite Sean’s expert advice i still managed to look like a numpty!

    B: 8, 6, 5….No bands! pretty chuffed with this! don’t know where i pulled this out of.

    C: DNF

    C: i got to 10 push press of the last 21. so close yet so far. oh and i did it with 10kg dbs
