  1. Just a quick one – everyone today went really hard. It was inspiring to watch. You guys are all top notch.

    I'm not going to lie, I was *almost* glad my leg was bad when I saw the WOD.

  2. A: DNF – 95 reps with 10 kg DBs. Ow.

    B: Dead hang pulls: 5 (PB), 4, 2. Yay.

    C: 179 DUs. My calves reminded me that we did these on Saturday…

  3. I was really off today, really flat.

    A: DNF, Started @ 15kg lasted 3min, I should have started at 10kg. Only made it to 51, rubbish effort.

    B: Kipping, 10, 8, 8

    C: Starting to get DU's, got to 61.

  4. Mini wod: 5 rounds of Power Cindy 13:42 – whole lota suck… Wasn't stuffed about how long this was going to take me, in the end – just wanted to get through it.
    17 kipping pull ups and 158 double unders – chasing down that 200! (and 20 pull ups in a row – close!)

  5. A: 80 reps at 8kg

    B: 5, 3, 5 dead hangs.

    C: 120

  6. A: Argh I forgot to write down my time but I think it was 9:53 @5kgs
    B: 5 (PB),4,3 Dead hangs
    C: 60 (PB) Getting better but improvement is very slow.

  8. A: DNF. I got to 50 with 15kg and then switched to 10kg, total of 88.

    B: 8, 12, 12

    C: Just 100 today, DB seemed harder after all that.
